You are Goro Majima, a member of the Tojo Clan. The story begins when Goro Majima was the only survivor after a shooting in the streets of Osaka. The victim was Haruka Sawamura, the daughter of the former chairman of the Tojo Clan. She was the only witness to the crime, but she was also the only one who survived. Goro Majima believes that the criminals who killed her father have something to do with the events that occurred at the Tojo Clan.
In order to stop the criminals and make the peace between the two rival clans, Goro Majima must travel to Sotenbori, Osaka. However, he is not the only one who is involved in the story. There are other characters, such as Kazuma Kiryu, the father of Haruka Sawamura, and Yukio Terada, the former chairman of the Tojo Clan.
